Junior IT Sales Executive

 ComputingEra is looking for a motivated Junior IT Sales Executive to support our business growth by promoting our IT solutions and services to enterprise customers. The candidate will work closely with the sales, pre-sales, and technical teams to identify opportunities, communicate with customers, register ComputingEra with procurement departments, and support the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

This role is suitable for a junior candidate who is eager to learn enterprise IT sales, infrastructure, cyber Resilience, databases, backup, ERP, and modern data center solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire sales cycle
  • Achieve monthly sales objectives
  • Qualify the customer needs
  • Negotiate and contract
  • Promote ComputingEra products and services
  • Identify and contact potential customers through calls, emails, events, and market research
  • Coordinate with pre-sales engineers and technical teams to prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and solution documents
  • Attend customer meetings, vendor sessions, exhibitions, and business events when needed

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of IT solutions, cloud, infrastructure, software, or enterprise technology.
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • 2–3 years of experience in IT sales, business development, telesales, customer relationship management, or a related sales role. Experience in enterprise IT solutions is preferred.
  • Ability to learn technical products and explain their business value to customers.
  • Strong follow-up skills and interest in customer relationship building
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Good English communication skills; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in IT sales, telesales, customer service, or business development
  • Experience using CRM systems to update leads, opportunities, calls, and customer activities
  • Experience dealing with procurement portals and vendor registration processes
  • Basic understanding of enterprise IT solutions such as, cloud-native platforms, AI-ready infrastructure, cyber resilience, and digital transformation.
